  • The Free State Festival Pass includes admission to all film screenings, talks, receptions and a VIP “Group Therapy” small group Q&A with John Waters at Liberty Hall after his talk on April 14.
  • Passholders will be admitted to events prior to individual ticket holders when doors open for the event. Passholders must be present 30 minutes before show time to guarantee admission. Late arrivals will be admitted on a space-available basis.
  • Free State Festival passholders are invited to attend a welcome reception on April 12 at 6pm and a late Friday night reception on April 15 at 9pm.
  • Passes will be available for pick up at the Lawrence Arts Center’s front desk starting at 12pm on Tuesday, April 12.

  • Joining the Free State Film Society gives you free or discounted tickets to non-festival screenings throughout the year. It also includes free entry to the following films at the Free State Festival on a space available basis (pre-registration required):

    ALL OTHER FREE STATE FESTIVAL EVENTS will require ticket purchase.
  • Society subscribers are invited to join the opening reception on April 12 at 6pm & Friday late night reception on April 15 at 9pm. Tickets/pre-registration are not required for the receptions as you will be checked in by name.
