Kick off the Free State Festival with an evening of food, community, and of course… movies!
Taco Zone Nacho Bar, movie trailers and music by Heidi Lynne Gluck at 6pm. Film at 7pm. Science on Screen discussion to follow with Nick Carswell of KU Audio-Reader Network.

An immersive documentary and profound sensory experience from filmmaker Sam Green that explores the elemental phenomenon of sound. The film is a meditation on the power of sound to bend time, cross borders, and profoundly shape our perception of the world around us.
SPECIAL HEADPHONES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS UNIQUE SCREENING EXPERIENCE.
Due to the special nature of this experience, ticket sales will close at 4pm on June 1.
$25 ticket includes snacks, pre-show entertainment and immersive film experience.
